The character of Carribie is defined by its naturally occurring mineral composition of magnesium, calcium and bicarbonate, contributing to clarity, texture and a persistent mineral length on the palate. A key to Carribie's 'sweetness' and 'umami' characteristic is Sodium Chloride, truly unique to Carribie because of our proximity to the Great Southern Ocean. Received as sea spray it is filtered gently by nature so as to bring harmony to the other minerals present.
