Carribie Named Official Water Provider for the Institute of Masters of Wine International Symposium 2027

This year's program includes rare 'unicorn' tastings of highly sought-after wines, an old vines versus young vines tasting featuring wines made specifically for the event, a masterclass comparing cork and screwcap closures, and winery dinners across South Australia's celebrated wine regions. The event is open to all wine-interested participants — you don't need to be a Master of Wine to attend.

Hosted in South Australia with support from the South Australian Government, and with Wine Australia as a major sponsor, the 2027 Symposium represents a landmark moment for Australian wine on the global stage.
